Before we put the house up on the market Steve decided to try out tile work for the first time. He replaced all the tile in front of the upstairs fireplace, that was starting to get really badly broken. They were very cheap tile, broken when we moved in and it just seemed to get worse over time.

He smashed it all up and without asking, Vincent put all the broken pieces into the garbage bin for him. Every little piece. Daddy's little helper. This is the end result, a perfect job. Way to go Steve!!!
